- Evaluate and test software programs to verify programs function according to user requirements.
- Validate that software performs to established guidelines.
- Write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation.
- Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and process.
- Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
- Assist project leaders in solving quality assurance issues.
- Assist in disaster recovery testing.
- Knowledge of story writing in Jira.
- Communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders with ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Good understanding of Black Box/White Box testing/Smoke testing/Regression testing and other relevant methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation tool, Knowledge of project management tool/bug tracking tool.
