  • Qualification: Bachelor's or Masters degree in computer/related field
Skills:
  • Proven experience with PHP frameworks, specifically Laravel or CodeIgniter (at least 2-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and third-party integrations.
  • Solid experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like jQuery is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
  • Managing Team of 2-3 Developers
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Laravel and/or CodeIgniter.
  • Work closely with frontend developers, designers, and other team members to implement intuitive user interfaces and optimize application performance.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement custom modules, integrations, and APIs.
  • Manage database design and optimization, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions and fixes.
  • Collaborate in code reviews and contribute to the development of team best practices.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of web applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new tools and techniques when applicable.
