- Qualification: MSc.IT, MCA, BE, or Equivalent
Skills:
- Should be able to handle a team of 4-7 members, if required.
- Willingness to get engaged in development activities.
- Experience of design patterns and practical implementation knowledge
- Excellent hands-on experience in MVC, C#.
- Experience in Asp.Net MVC, Asp.Net Core, Rest APIs and WEB API
- Exposure to distributed computing, micro services architecture.
- Good experience in Identity Management, caching techniques.
- Good experience in SQL Server queries, procedures and performance tuning.
- Good experience in any ORM, preferably on entity framework
- Command of latest web UI technologies (JQuery, responsive frameworks, etc.)
- Knowledge of any UI framework or library is added advantage
- Well Versed in Agile methodology
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of various architecture – SOA, Microservices etc.
- Good understanding on various cloud platforms and services.
- Good experience in ensuring security of the data and application.
- Good experience in designing robust and scalable architecture.
- Experience of Powershell scripts
- Good experience of CICD/Azure Pipelines
Responsibility
- Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements
- Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
- Create technical estimations
- Present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed
- Create and update design and functional documents
- Identify and troubleshoot issues. Research technical issues and provide recommendations
- Work both independently to create reliable and high performing application
- Ability to juggle multiple product/ modules and shifting priorities
- Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate approaches when appropriate
- Assist product managers with the creation of task-level project plans that detail the specific tasks required to deliver a solution
- Work closely with project lead to ensure that client expectations are met and that the team adheres to project schedules and budgets.
- Rapid prototyping of new features and applications.
- Mentor junior members of the team.
- Perform root cause analysis on any type of production issues.
- Perform production deployments, hotfix deployments
