Job Description
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generator / Data Researcher for the International IT Sales market. The role involves researching and identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms. The candidate will be responsible for building prospect databases, finding key decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team with new business opportunities across the USA and Europe markets. Prior experience in IT services lead generation and international outreach is required.
Skills
- Proven knowledge & experience in identifying and sourcing leads via different sources or Platforms, e.g., LinkedIn & Upwork/Freelancer, for specific client needs.
- Basic knowledge of Sales Cycles.
- Strong Research skills, written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Good internet research skills
Responsibility
- Conduct research on potential clients and projects through LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, and other lead generation platforms using various research tools for phone numbers, email addresses, and social media contacts.
- Should be comfortable using LinkedIn, online directories, Google Search, and other platforms to identify potential clients, companies, and decision-makers.
- Have a basic understanding of IT services, technologies, and software development.
- Must have hands-on experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and drip campaigns.
- Utilize lead hunting and research tools such as LinkedIn Search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, Clutch, ZoomInfo, Clay, online business directories, and other platforms to gather relevant lead information.
- Extract and maintain contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, social media profiles, websites, contact persons, and LinkedIn profiles, using specialized tools.
- Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights related to project hunting and international business opportunities, including market size analysis.
- Maintain a well-organized and accurate lead database and data management system.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, lead generation strategies, and best practices in data research and analytics.
