Telemedicine sought to create a platform to provide on-demand IV therapy services, leveraging the vast network of nurses in the USA who desire more flexible and independent work opportunities outside traditional healthcare institutions.

Problem Statement

In the USA, nurses often depend on hospitals and healthcare institutions for daily work, limiting their ability to work independently or on their schedules. There is no existing platform allowing full-time nurses to offer services based on their availability and preferences.
For clients, seeking IV therapy for conditions such as hangovers, fatigue from tight schedules, or jet lag meant visiting doctors or healthcare facilities, causing inconvenience and delays. There was a need for a platform that allows clients to book services at their convenience, with service providers coming directly to their location.

Our Solution

We developed Telemedicine, a mobile IV platform that addresses these challenges by providing a flexible and user-friendly solution for service providers and clients.

Key Features

Service Provider Flexibility

Service providers can set their time zones and availability, choosing the days and times they wish to work.
The platform handles timezone conversions automatically, allowing clients in different timezones (e.g., PST) to book services from providers in other timezones (e.g., EST) seamlessly.
This empowers nurses to work beyond their full-time jobs or part-time jobs, offering services independently with flexible hours and schedules.

Medical Director Oversight

Medical Directors ensure smooth onboarding and validation of each service provider, including verification of medical licenses.
The platform guarantees that service providers receive the necessary inventory from pharmacies on time.

Integration with Third-Party Services

The app features native call capabilities, allowing doctors, service providers, and patients to conduct video conference calls, consult, and coordinate within the platform.
Timely notifications are sent to doctors, service providers, and patients regarding bookings.

White Labeling for Service Providers

Each service provider can acquire a unique URL (e.g., https://serviceproviders.domain.com) to personalize marketing, ensuring repeat business and attracting new leads.



Multilingual Support

The platform has been built to support multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and French, making it accessible to a broader audience and enhancing user experience.


Seamless Client Booking

Intelligent Scheduling: We developed an advanced scheduling algorithm that prevented overlaps by ensuring that resources were allocated based on real-time availability. The system automatically blocked unavailable slots and allowed for dynamic adjustments when resources became available.
Resource-Based Booking Limits: The new system incorporated functionality to limit bookings based on available resources. This feature ensured that service providers could not overcommit and could manage their operations within their capacity.

Diverse Payment Options​

Intuitive User Interface: We redesigned the platform with a focus on user experience. The new interface was simplified, making it easier for customers to navigate, search for events or services, and complete bookings. This redesign significantly reduced user frustration and improved overall engagement.
Enhanced Booking Experience: The booking process was streamlined, with clearer information on available resources and time slots. Users could easily make informed decisions, leading to higher booking completion rates.

HIPAA Compliance

The platform adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the privacy and security of patient data. This compliance is crucial for maintaining trust and confidentiality in healthcare services.
