– Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
– Good hands-on experience with:
– Basic JavaScript for UI behavior (tooltip, show/hide, field states)
– Experience converting designs into working UI
– Understanding of cross-browser UI behavior
– Create basic wireframes and UI mockups from requirements
– Perform own research and propose practical layout structure before finalizing mockups
– Suggest field grouping, label alignment, and section layout improvements where needed
– Convert approved wireframes/mockups into HTML/CSS UI screens
– Build consistent form layouts with proper label–field alignment
– Implement tooltips, validation messages, and field states
– Follow common layout and spacing patterns across screens
– Reuse CSS classes and UI components instead of page-specific styles
– Maintain UI alignment, spacing, and visual consistency
– Implement basic UI interactions using JavaScript
– Fix UI issues found in review and QA testing
– Able to create simple wireframes for form-based screens
– Able to prepare basic UI mockups before development
– Able to do basic layout research and suggest better structure when requirements are high-level
– Understand field grouping, label alignment, and help/error placement
– Experience with any tool like Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch / Balsamiq/ similar
– Experience with enterprise or business applications (ERP / EMS / MES / Admin panels / workflow systems)
– Experience with reusable UI components
– Exposure to UI standards or design systems
– Experience with Angular / React or similar frontend frameworks (if applicable)
– Detail-oriented with good alignment and spacing sense
– Can think through layout and form structure logically
– Does small design research before finalizing mockups
– Follows UI patterns instead of redesigning each screen
– Comfortable working on form-heavy applications
– Open to feedback and quick to apply review comments
