– Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems
– Solid experience with Adobe Photoshop and other visual design tools
– Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript
– Hands-on experience designing for React JS applications using MUI (Material UI)
– Experience in WordPress front-end design, theme customization, and layout builders
– Experience designing Angular-based UI applications
– Proficient understanding of responsive design, media queries, and cross-browser compatibility
– Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, color, spacing, and layout
– Creative mindset with openness to new ideas and emerging design trends
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs
– Up-to-date with the latest web design trends, UX patterns, and front-end technologies
– Ability to guide, review, and mentor junior designers
– Conceptualize and lead original website and application design ideas that simplify complex user journeys
– Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, scalable UI solutions
– Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps to clearly communicate design ideas
– Design high-quality UI screens and visual assets aligned with client branding and product goals
– Establish, maintain, and enforce design guidelines, standards, and best practices
– Collaborate closely with React, Angular, and WordPress development teams to ensure accurate design implementation
– Test, review, and continuously improve website and application designs for usability and performance
– Maintain visual consistency and quality across multiple platforms and projects
– Prepare design documentation and present design concepts and structures to stakeholders
– Support development teams by addressing UI/UX issues during implementation
