Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather client requirements and feedback.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
Identify gaps and opportunities in existing client systems and processes.
Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of solutions.
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ERP and EMS industries.
Provide industry insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Participate in industry events, webinars, and training sessions as required.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the ERP or EMS industries.
Proven track record of successful client engagements and requirement gathering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ERP or EMS systems is a plus.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Client-focused mindset and strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated.
