Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. With a keen understanding of the IT industry landscape, the Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and lead initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
Responsibility
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define short-term and long-term business objectives and align strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication to address concerns and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners, vendors, and alliances to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships and sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to leverage partner capabilities and resources effectively.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecasting revenue projections accurately and reporting progress to senior management regularly.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to refine business strategies, pricing models, and product/service offerings.
